Our Mission

Our mission at Triton Heights Transitional Housing is to provide a safe, sober, and stable home where individuals in recovery can rebuild their lives with dignity. Through structure, accountability, and genuine support, we help residents develop healthy routines, strengthen life skills, and reconnect with their communities. By partnering with local agencies and resources, we aim to give each person the tools and encouragement they need to move toward long-term sobriety and independent living. We primarily serve adults transitioning from treatment programs or those re-entering the community who are in the vital early stages of sobriety. Our doors are open to those seeking a compassionate, structured bridge to permanent independence where families can feel confident their loved ones are safe and supported.
